Our Workable NI team is working with disabled people and their employers throughout Northern Ireland. Tesco is one such employer.

Our team has provided advice and guidance to Tesco (Newry) on reasonable adjustments and good practice for one of their disabled employees, Trevor Hale - who recently celebrated 15 years with Tesco. Lisa Taggart, Trevor's Line Manager at Tesco commented:

"At Tesco we pride ourselves to empower and inspire all colleagues with disabilities in their lives. Trevor is a great advocate of this. As much as he enjoys working in Tesco, we enjoy working alongside him. Listening to him say how much he loves his job proves that we give him the support and confidence to deliver in his role."
