Job Match - Helping job seekers to find work

Job Match - Help to find and stay in paid work

Looking for and trying to get a new job, from updating CVs to knowing how to prepare for interviews, can be a bit overwhelming.
Disability Action's Job Match Supported Employment Officers (SEOs) can help with your Job Search & Job Preparation.  The team works with local employers of all sizes across N.Ireland, to help disabled people get the new job they are looking for.
During this challenging COVID-19 period, the Job Match team is providing our services remotely to participants and employers to ensure continuity of service and to support disabled people.

Located across N.Ireland the Job Match team can support you - from updating a CV and matching your skills to get a job, completing a job application and preparing for interview to progress into paid work - to helping you explore a new business idea and support you on the road to self-employment.

Working remotely, the Job Match team offers one-one meetings via Zoom and phone calls to support you in your search to find paid work.

The team is based throughout Northern Ireland so will work with both you and local employers in your local area.

To contact the member of our team that covers your local area, visit our Team page.
