We recently held a User Engagement event which was a great opportunity to get feedback from participants - allowing us to look at how we deliver our support services through Employment Support and Workable NI.

Melanie O'Brien (Perfectly Parkinsons https://perfectlyparkinsonsblog.com) kicked off the event followed by a very useful feedback session looking at 'What we already do well' and 'What we could do better'.
