The Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) Operational Delivery Apprenticeship Scheme will open for applications on 6 September 2021.

What is Operational Delivery?
Operational Delivery professionals are critical to successfully delivering services and support to citizens on behalf of the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) and are the public face of the organisation. They are committed to providing the very best customer service for the citizens who interact with them every day.

What’s on offer?

  • A two year entry level route into a career in the Operational Delivery Profession

  • Support from the college, line manager and mentor throughout the scheme
  • Salary of £18,597 (under review) rising to £22,296 (under review) and a guaranteed job as an Administrative Officer within the NICS on successful completion of the apprenticeship with good communication and people skills who are able to work accurately manage their time well
