Puttnam Scholarship Programme for Disabled Film Makers APPLICATIONS are now open for disabled film makers across NI to participate in the Puttnam Scholarship Programme for Disabled Film Makers, an exciting initiative that David Puttnam will be running with Disability Action and NI Screen. This is a free programme of online seminars led by Oscar-winning producer Lord David Puttnam and his team at Atticus Education for 8 Disabled Film Makers. The programme will provide disabled film makers with increased knowledge, skills and confidence to progress within the film making industry. Eligibility- this programme is open to disabled film makers resident in Northern Ireland. Disability includes all forms physical, sensory, neurodiversity, learning disabilities, experience of mental distress and non visible disability and long term health conditions.
