Ryan McClements met with Claire Greene, his Employment Officer, this week at Morrison's Vivoxtra in Saintfield where he is now a full time employee.

Claire and Ryan have worked together for 6 years. Ryan was a Training for Success trainee, then moved into employment with Claire’s support through WorkableNI and now Ryan has moved into open employment.

He is delighted to be employed full time and part of the Vivoxtra team. He loves his independence now he has his own car.
