Hybrid working could create opportunities for those previously locked out of office-based roles

Employers in N.Ireland are leading the way for hybrid working. More than 70% of organisations in N.Ireland have introduced changes in working policies during the pandemic that includes flexibility over where they operate; this compares to a UK average of 55%, according to the Virgin Media O2 Business and the Centre for Economics and Business Research (Cebr) survey.

This can help employers not only to retain talent, but also create further opportunities for disabled people, carers and others previously locked out of office-based roles.
