Tommy Cairns is one of our Job Match Employment Engagement Officers who works with employers in the Northwest, Derry~Londonderry, West Tyrone and North Antrim areas to help them find suitable candidates locally from our pool of participants.

Tommy works in partnership with employers, assisting them with:

• Recruitment Planning
• Finding Candidates
• Advice on support on reasonable adjustments of the recruitment and selection process
• Ongoing support for employers and their new employee
