DATS Service continues for essential journeys

Disability Action Transport Scheme (DATS) is a local urban transport service for people with disabilities, older people or those who find it difficult using public transport.

Our DATS team has put together a 10-step guide for passengers who need to use our transport service for essential services ie permitted shopping, health reasons, work or exercise.

You must apply to become a member of DATS before using the service. Membership is free but a fare is charged for each trip taken. Call our transport team on 028 9029 7870 or email [email protected] if you want to become a member or book a trip. Alternatively you can download a membership application form on our website.
