She holds Non-Executive roles, Health and Care Professions Council (Senior Council Member) and the Southern Health and Social Care Trust (Chair).

She is founder of Boardroom Apprentice, enabling and empowering the next generation of decision makers. Eileen is a powerhouse in advocating for diversity and a champion for change.
