NIPSO investigation into communication with patients on healthcare waiting lists

Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman (NIPSO) have begun an own initiative investigation into how Northern Ireland’s Health and Social Care Trusts communicate with patients on healthcare waiting lists.

They would like to invite those who are on a healthcare waiting list in N.Ireland to share their experiences via their online survey by 29 July 2022.
