The ONSIDE Peer Action Research is exploring the personal stories of disabled people who have experienced disability related barriers and challenges. As part of this research, we are using the medium of photography as a way to capture and represent those experiences.

Beginning Wednesday 9th February at 7pm, a ten-week photography course has been designed to develop participants photography skills; each session will last from 1 hour to 90 minutes (depending on student questions) and will be broadcast live via Zoom from Dublin. Every session is recorded and is available to participants the morning after each class, and every student will receive an illustrated set of tutorial notes in PDF form totalling over 60 pages.

No previous photography experience is necessary; participants will be first taught the fundamentals of using a mobile phone or tablet to capture high quality images.

Places are limited so early registration is advised. To book your place, please email [email protected].
