Without doubt 2020 was one of the most difficult years for us all and the pandemic has had a significant impact on disabled people.  We have all risen to the challenge and learned how to adapt to different and difficult situations.

As we go into 2021 the NI Executive, and governments throughout the world, are again introducing additional restrictions following an increase in COVID-19 cases.

However, our community is resilient. Working together we are stronger.

Throughout 2021 Disability Action will continue to:

• Grow stronger
• Provide our essential services by working remotely
• Embrace the virtual world to engage with each other and our community 
• Challenge on human rights issues
• Develop new partnerships
• Support each other’s mental health
