DATS: Christmas & New Year service and booking line hours

Our Disability Action Transport Scheme (DATS) service hours and booking line opening hours will change temporarily over the Christmas and New Year period as follows:

Service hours

  • OPEN: 8am - 3pm Christmas Eve
  • CLOSED: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 27th and 28th December 
  • OPEN: 9am – 5pm 29th and 30th December
  • OPEN: 9am – 3pm 31st December
  • CLOSED: 1st, 2nd and 3rd January 2022

Normal service resumes at 8am on Tuesday 4 January 2022.

Booking line hours

  • OPEN: 9am – 4pm 23rd December
  • OPEN: 9am – 1pm Christmas Eve
  • CLOSED: Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 27th and 28th December 
  • OPEN: 9am – 1pm 29th, 30th and 31st December 
  • CLOSED: 1st, 2nd and 3rd January

Normal service resumes at 9am on Tuesday 4 January 2022.
