When COVID-19 and lockdown hit in mid-March 2020 our Disability Action Transport Scheme (DATS) had to cease. However we quickly took a look at what services we could offer in line with government restrictions and, between April and November last year, we delivered over 16,000 trips in conjunction with Bridge Accessible Transport in Derry/Londonderry and our 9 Rural Transport partners throughout N.Ireland.

We adapted our service and have provided a transport service for members and non-members, including key workers. We also now offer a Collection & Delivery service, have delivered food boxes and helped TinyLife charity to deliver breast pumps in the North West.

We have a 10 Step Guide for passengers using our transport service and our drivers actively clean interior touch points to minimise transmission of the virus after every journey.

If you need to use our service, call our office on 028 9029 7870 between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
