Hi everyone, my name is Claire Greene. I’m an Employment Officer on the Workable NI programme. I wanted to come on here to let everyone know what my role is and highlight ways Disability Action can support individuals and workplaces across N.Ireland.

The Workable programme can be tailored to each individuals circumstances; so if you are a person with a disability, need some support in work please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Our teams can provide you and your employer with some guidance and plan a way forward which suits everyone's needs.

I’ve supported many people over the years in various roles and sectors, so I look forward to working with you and your employer as we move out of this difficult time. Our teams continue to work from home however we can be easily reached by phone or email so just check out our website for more details.
