How we can help Work Making It Work 02.03.2021 The Equality Commission, in partnership with the Northern Ireland Union of Supported Employment, has produced a new booklet highlighting the experiences of disabled people in employment. The booklet demonstrates how disabled people have continued to work as key workers and frontline staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, and illustrates the positive action, support and reasonable adjustments that have been put in place. We hope their stories will inspire others, both individuals and employers, to enhance our workforce with more and better jobs for disabled people.
