On this page you will find information on exhibiting at the exhibition.  Please note that if you are a vehicle dealership or adaption specialist you cannot book a stand at the Disability Exhibition as Motability will be providing this service for customers.

Build up & Dismantling

  • Saturday 2nd June - Dismantling - times to be confirmed

Bursary Stand
If you are a registered charity or a registered Community Interst Company (CIC), there are a limited number of bursary stands available.  To apply for a bursary stand you must meet the following criteria.

  • Less than 5 members of staff or volunteers only
  • A turnover of less than £50,000
  • Organisations must be able to ensure that their stand is staffed for the whole exhibition (opening times are 10am - 4pm each day) and that they are able to set up on the 2 June 2016.  You must also be able to clear your stand by 8pm on 4 June.

Marketing & Public Relations

Advertising
This year the exhibition will be supported by a TV, Radio, Press and online campaign.  Further details will be added as we confirm schedules.

Websites & Social Media
Disability Action will have a dedicated website for the exhibition and will we will also use our social media channels to promote the event.  All exhibitors will be listed on the website and individually announced on both our Twitter and Disability Exhibition page. Please follow us on Twitter or Like us on Facebook to keep up-to-date and share news.

E-Zines
Disability Action has a large e-zine mailing list.  Designated e-zines will be sent out to our database on a monthly basis updating them of new exhibitors and the latest news.

Public Relations
As well as all the advertising we will be running a PR campaign in the run up to the exhibition.  This is where you can really help!

We need to hear about any interesting, new or unusual products or services that your company will be exhibiting at the exhibition.  Having an exciting product that we can demonstrate to the media will help us achieve a higher level of press coverage.  It will also help get PR for your product.  If you have a product that you think would be suitable please email [email protected]

As well as targeting the regional papers in Northern Ireland from the start of May we will also be targeting the national papers, radio and TV in the two weeks before the event.

What you can do
Obviously, it is in everyone's interest to get as many people to the exhibition as possible. You can help in the following ways:

  • Your mailing list - if you have a mailing list we can provide you with postcards to send to your list.  
  • Email List - if you have an email list then forward our mailings to your email list
  • Website - if you have a website we can give you an advert to place on your website
  • Newsletter - do you have a newsletter that you send out to your customers, let us know and we can give you some editorial for the publication.
  • Advertising - are you doing any advertising in the run up to the exhibition - don't forget to mention that you are going to be exhibiting and give your stand number.
