Tommy engages with medium to large employers across the North and West region of N.Ireland to support and advise them on the recruitment of disabled people; sourcing employment opportunities for our Job Match participants.

“Whilst our way of work has changed during the COVID-19 pandemic - our work hasn't,” says Tommy who continues to work with employers remotely; promoting positive action recruitment and best practice in the recruitment of disabled people.
