The team has exceeded targets and supported even more disabled people to gain and stay in paid employment. 

  • Our team’s support doesn’t stop when a participant leaves Job Match; we provide an additional period of pastoral support to help them to sustain their job. As a result, we continue to grow the numbers of people in sustained jobs six months after leaving Job Match – currently nearly 50%.

  • 102 disabled people enrolled on Job Match during COVID-19 lockdown and the difficult and challenging 2020-2021 year. Our team has delivered better results than ever!

  • We are consistently meeting employer and participant’s needs. Our recent employer survey showed that 90% of our employers experienced some sort of difficulty accessing the right staff with the right skills during 2020-2021 due to COVID-19. Through Job Match we were able to help them to find suitable candidates.

  • We have doubled our targets from April - June this year, supporting 26 Job Match participants into employment.
