Disability Action Inc is an independent not for profit entity registered in the United States of America. Disability Action Inc is recognised by the Inland Revenue Service as having non profit status. The charity can accept contributions from American donors that qualify for tax incentives under IRS regulations.
Donors can confidently make gifts of cash, stock, planned gifts or property of any value and at any time to Disability Action Inc and get a tax deduction. They would not qualify for this if they simply make a donation to Disability Action.
