Mencap are hosting a collaborative conference bringing together children, young people and adults with disabilities, families, carers, self advocates, professionals and experts to share, learn and discuss.
The conference will take place over two days Friday 23 March and Saturday 24 March.

The conference will include presentations and workshops covering the topics of:
- Involving people with learning disabilities in decision making and consultation
- Equal access to health care
- Transition from school to college and employment
- Inclusive education
- Access to community care
- Making a difference in your community
- Performance master class
- Challenging cuts through campaigns
- Being a citizen locally and influencing internationally
- Raising awareness of community safety
