Heather is responsible for the development and delivery of a range of training programmes concerning all aspects of equality and human rights.
Heather previously worked as Training Officer with Northern Ireland Union of Supported Employment (NIUSE) from July 2004 – June 2008 and was responsible for the design, development and delivery of training programmes on Supported Employment and other relevant issues (e.g. Vocational Training and Employment for people with disabilities) to a wide range of practitioners throughout Northern Ireland.
Heather is a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
