COHRPD campaigns to promote and protect the human rights of disabled people at local, national and international level.
This is done through targeted campaigns to influence public policy and move disabled people’s human rights up the political agenda.
We engage with disabled people to ensure that the decision making processes in Government account for the position of disabled people.
We also engage in media and public relations and organise events to shape and influence the political and social landscape.
