Can anyone hire the meeting rooms?
Any organisation can hire the meeting rooms in Disability Action
Can catering be provided?
Disability Action recommends the use of Edgecumbe Caterers. Edgecumbe is a division of the Orchardville Society, which provide catering training for people with disabilities.
Can meeting rooms be hired in the evening?
Meeting rooms are only available for hire between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
How much does it cost to hire a meeting Room?
Interview rooms are available from £50 per day, and the boardroom is available at a cost of £150 per day.
How much notice is required to book a meeting room?
Depending on availability, rooms can be booked a day in advance
Is there parking available?
There is a shared car park to the rear of the Disability Action Car park. Delegates are asked to park at the back behind the Level 7 Building
