Hugh McPoland
Nominated by the Now Project, Hugh has spent the majority of his career in the Health & Personal Social Services sector, including the Eastern Health Board, and Central Services Agency. He is currently the Director of Human Resources at the Ulster Community Hospital Trusts. He has spent a considerable amount of his time pursing the creation of an equality culture and has a particular interest in the management of change.
