Michelle is responsible for the development and delivery of a support service to increase awareness amongst disabled people of their rights and to enable the development of an effective network of human rights activists.
Michelle has previously worked as a Community Liaison Officer with Belfast Metropolitan College (BMC), with community organisations across North, West and Greater Shankill.
Michelle has an honours degree in Community Development and a diploma in teaching and learning. She also has over 10 years experience of working with groups across North Belfast.
