North West Office
Disability Action’s Derry office this year celebrates 20 years of delivering services in the North West. The office, on Strand Road, was officially opened on the 23 October 1990 and since then has been instrumental in delivering disability rights in the North West through campaigning and a range of innovative services and projects.
Plans are in place for a range of events including 20 information days, a Disability Exhibition, seminars on a range of issues such as employment and human rights; there will also be a number of fundraising events including a gala ball and an inclusive fashion show.
